Johan is a senior executive leader applying rich telecommunications industry experience with strategic and operational focus in building and growing business.  He has gained broad international market expertise leading business success in the US, APAC, and EMEA with a record of creating profitable business models in emerging business segments. His broad functional background includes executive P&L management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, customer service, vendor management, and integration and business optimizations.



Bruce Morrison started his career as a commissioned officer in the US Army and entered the communications industry with The Alaris Group as a principal in 2000. Alaris focused on site development and construction of wireless communications facilities before its sale to Parsons Corporation in 2005. Mr. Morrison remained with Parsons as a VP in their Commercial Technology Group until joining WesTower Communications in 2008. Mr. Morrison’s last position at WesTower was President for US operations. Mr. Morrison joined Ericsson North America as Head of Network Build in 2013 with financial responsibility in excess of $1.5B US and later assumed the role of VP Radio Access Networks supporting Ericsson’s $1.3B US T-Mobile Customer Unit. Mr. Morrison joined Betacom as its Chief Operating Officer in September 2019. Mr. Morrison has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and was a Distinguished Military Graduate.

Executive Vice President

Mr. O’Reilly, A US Army Signal Corps Veteran, has over 35 years’ experience in the Telecommunications Industry. Prior to joining Betacom Inc., Myles worked within the Operations and Engineering groups at an emerging wireless carrier BellSouth Mobility (now AT&T) with more than 15 years serving in capacities as Field Engineer, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and Engineering Director. Myles joined Betacom Inc. in 2002 and was a key reason for Betacom’s growth over the years, taking Betacom from having one service center location in Tampa and one customer, AT&T, to having locations in over 10 major US cities nationwide providing a full range of turn key services for all 4 wireless carriers.


Executive Vice President

Ray Zeldenthuis has over 30 years’ experience in the wireless communications and construction industry. Ray started his career in the field, building communication towers and infrastructure when he joined WesTower Communications in 1997. In January 2003 he became one of eight WesTower executives to purchase WesTower Communications from Spectrasite Holdings. Ray held several Senior executive positions at WesTower including EVP of operations role after being acquired by MasTec. Ray now joins Bruce and Johan as the EVP at Betacom in August of 2019 to start a new Chapter.



Vice President/Controller

Inga Nickerson was appointed as a Vice President of Betacom in July 2017. She oversees financial, human resource and corporate administrative functions of the Company. Ms. Nickerson joined Betacom in 2004 as its Controller and was part of the management team that leads company's evolution from a regional specialized contractor to a nationwide company with the infrastructure and resources to meet the network growth and development needs of the Nation's largest wireless carriers. Prior to joining Betacom, Ms. Nickerson held management and financial reporting positions at Boca Raton Airport Authority and Century Casinos, Inc. Ms. Nickerson holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Accounting degrees.
